 This
body, consisting in one side sheet made of tensile steel
possesses several reinforcing posts on both sides and at the
front, obliquely placed to concentrate and distribute the
vertical and lateral strains.
The lower parts of the
Trans-SPACE tipping trailer are designed to cope with the
toughest working conditions: two longitudinal girders,
reinforced by means of several cross-pieces welded in the
same axis as the side posts, hold the body with an
unequalled stability.
The shot-blasting and the
drying allow the primer paint to adhere perfectly; then a
second paint, with two components, is applied on it to
ensure the treatment longevity.
 Outer
hooks to fasten a cover are mounted standard. The
cover folding cradle is available in option.
Truck-type extensions
(solid in aluminium or galvanized with rods) are available
in option. These 25 or 50 cm extensions are
superposable.
The front extension can be
replaced by a mechanical or hydraulic front leaf in option.
The Joskin Trans-SPACE
tipping trailer is fitted with a so-called "Conical"
monocoque body, whose back is 8 cm wider than the front.
This design ensures a quick tipping when unloading.
To reduce the body/contents
contact surface and the friction stress as much as possible,
the edges of the Joskin Trans-SPACE tipping trailers have
been rounded.
 The
body tipping is ensured by a telescopic cylinder with large
diameter, whose anchoring point, corresponding to the
vehicle centre of gravity, is located at the front of the
running gear. This choice offers an optimal tipping
angle, reduces the stress on the body and ensures a perfect
stability of the vehicle.
The cylinder is fastened to
a double oscillating frame. This type of assembly
avoids any stress (body oscillation) in the cylinder.
A safety valve prevents the
body from abruptly falling if a hydraulic hose comes to
break.
Standard tipping is oil
fed. A tipping system including an industrial
hydraulic pump with an electric tipping and lowering
control, is available in option.
The Joskin Trans-SPACE
tipping trailers are standard fitted with a bolted fixed
eyelet, which can be easily replaced by a swivel or a
knee-joint eyelet in option. The trailers are fitted
with a hydraulic skid which completely disappears in the
hitching drawback.
For a perfect driving
comfort, two types of hitching suspension are available:
the cross spring suspension (standard on BC models) or the
hydropnematic suspension (standard on our TRC models).
 The
BC models are standard fitted with the Joskin Roll-Over
boggie. This running gear ensures flexibilty, traction
ease and driving comfort.
Unlike the traditional
boggies, which tend to bury their front wheels. the Joskin
"Roll-Over" design has an upwards traction line. In
this way, the front wheels are literally pulled over the
obstacle. Consequence: less traction power needed,
less ground compaction, less damage to the ground and less
wear to the tires.
TRC models are standard
fitted with a leaf suspension tridem. A leaf
suspension (tandum) is optional on BC models.
For a better clearance,
going together with an unexpected stability on the road, our
BC and TRC models can be fitted with respectively
"Hydro-Tandem" and "Hydro-Tridem" hydraulic suspension
systems (in option).
The hydro-tandem option can
be fitted with an automatic leveling of the hydraulic
suspension (also optional).
To improve the stability of
our vehicles when tipping, tipping stabilizers are mounted
standard on our 20, 22 and 24 tons models (in option on the
other models).
 The
"free" or "self" steering axles are important safety
devices; they also contribute to enhance the driving
comfort.
The steering cylinder is
connected to the tractor by means of a control rod.
This rod, fastened to the drawbar by means of a knee joint,
controls the hydraulic circuit operating the steering
cylinder.
The system is balanced
thanks to the compensated cylinders, which exert a similar
force in both directions.
The circuit is fitted with
a monoshell control unit, consisting of one manometer, two
nitrogen accumulators, one balancing valve and one
calibration system.
The BC models are fitted
with hydraulic brakes, unlike the TRC models, which are
fitted with air brakes (optional on BC models).
Eventually, a vehicle with air brakes can also be completed
by a braking system in proportion to the load.
Also, in option, the whole
Joskin Trans-SPACE range can be equipped with combined
brakes (hydraulic and pneumatic).
The CARGOTSM and TRM
multi-modules carriers are ready to transport your monoshell
body,....as well as your future slurry tank, silage box or
spreader body.
 The
BC 125 and BC 150 Trans-SPACE tipping trailers are fitted
with 4 indicators with perspex closing plate. These
indicators can be fitted with bars (optionally).
For a better visibility,
these models can be fitted with one sight window with rods.
In option, this window can be covered with a perspex closing
plate.
The Joskin Trans-SPACE
tipping trailers are fitted with a rear hydraulic one-part
door with central grain chute. In option, a second
grain chute can be mounted; both chutes are then located at
the ends of the rear door.
In option, our Trans-SPACE
tipping trailers can be fitted with a rear hydraulic
two-part door. The 500 x 500 mm grain chute is mounted
on the right-hand door. In option, a second grain
chute can be mounted on the left-hand door.
A smaller grain chute (270
x 300 mm) with spout is also available in option.
 The
standard lighting is protected and can pivot backwards
thanks to the silent-blocks, when the vehicle strikes
against an obstacle. Double lights or truck type
lights are available in option, as well as thermoplastic
mudguards and flashing beacon (traditional with control box
or on lighting).
The rear working lights,
recessed in the chassis, the hitching yoke, with or without
electric plug and the rear bumper are available in option on
the whole Trans-SPACE range.
